Divisional Financial Dashboard
Directed a multidisciplinary team to build a self-service budget and variance dashboard for over 140 business units. Used an Agile delivery model with iterative user feedback sessions. The dashboard improved financial visibility and reduced decision turnaround time by 30%.
Corporate Leadership Dashboard
Led the design and implementation of an integrated reporting platform combining Finance and HR KPIs. Collaborated with external contractors and executive stakeholders to define metrics, validate data models, and deliver a Power BI dashboard providing unified visibility across multiple divisions.
Automation Project
